Return/Exchanges

All sales are final and no refund or cancellation is allowed once payment is made. However, we accept returns only in the exceptions that:

i. Item is defective/damaged upon arrival.
ii. Incorrect item was shipped.

To be eligible for an exchange/refund, the following conditions must be met when submitting your request:

i. Request for return/exchange is made within 7 days from the date you received the item.
ii. Same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Shipping

Details for the return address will be given after your request is processed by our team. The shipping fee will be borne by customers and Edhulm will not be liable for the item during postage until received.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons/codes are FINAL and thus not returnable and non-exchangeable.
